For single-time project contracts, AdFJ Studios requires an advance payment that can range from 50% to 100% of the total project cost. The specific advance percentage will be communicated to the client during the project initiation phase. This advance payment is necessary to secure the resources, time, and efforts of our dedicated team members and to ensure a seamless execution of the project.
Once the advance payment is made, AdFJ Studios operates under a strict no refund policy. This policy is in place because, upon receiving the advance, our team immediately engages in the project and incurs initial expenses. As a result, it becomes financially challenging to offer refunds.
At AdFJ Studios, we understand the importance of project deadlines. We commit to notifying our clients of the project's agreed-upon deadline during the project planning phase. In case of any changes to the deadline, we will promptly inform the client, along with the reasons behind the adjustment.
AdFJ Studios strives to deliver projects on time and within the agreed-upon deadlines. However, in rare instances where unforeseen natural disasters or technical issues arise, we will promptly notify the client of the situation and its potential impact on the project timeline. It is important to note that AdFJ Studios will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to such occurrences, provided the delay does not exceed 7 days from the original delivery or release date of the project.
The scope of work and deliverables for the project will be clearly outlined in the project agreement or proposal provided to the client. This ensures mutual understanding of project requirements and objectives.
Until full payment is received and cleared, all intellectual property rights related to the project, including but not limited to music compositions, audio recordings, video visuals, and graphic designs, will remain the sole property of AdFJ Studios.
AdFJ Studios respects the confidentiality of all project-related details shared by the client. We commit to keeping all sensitive information strictly confidential and will not disclose any project-related details to third parties without the client's prior consent.
The client is responsible for providing AdFJ Studios with all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project. Timely feedback, approvals, and collaboration are essential for ensuring a smooth and successful project execution.
The specific payment terms, including the due date for the final payment, will be specified in the project agreement or invoice issued by AdFJ Studios.
Open and efficient communication is crucial for the successful completion of any project. AdFJ Studios and the client will maintain regular communication channels throughout the duration of the project to ensure clarity, transparency, and timely progress updates.
In the event that the client requests changes to the original project scope, such changes may incur additional charges, and the project timeline may be affected. AdFJ Studios will communicate the impact of any change requests to the client before proceeding with any modifications.
Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of full payment, AdFJ Studios retains the authority to showcase the project's final output for portfolio and sample work purposes. It is essential to highlight that no confidential or sensitive data shared by the client will be displayed or disclosed. AdFJ Studios will only exhibit the project's publicly promotable elements that do not compromise any non-disclosure agreement. The purpose of displaying the projects in our portfolio is to showcase the caliber of our work and creative capabilities to potential clients and for public promotion. Rest assured, AdFJ Studios upholds the highest standards of confidentiality and respects the privacy of our clients' proprietary information.
